My girlfriend, Jenna, and I were up bright and early this morning. The excitement was hard to contain. We got to PS 58, our polling station at 6:15 am. The school gym was already completely full! Never have I seen so many smiles and so much excitement on an election day. What a difference from the apathy of 2004! You can feel the excitement in the air. Everyone knows they are rewriting history today.
