Recent Blog Postee Gets Exciting New…Post!
As you may recall, before the election, we contributed to an event in D.C. raising money for the Obama campaign by raffling off our posters to a couple lucky attendees. In return, we got some lovely pix of some big-time advisor types in front of our art. Amongst these notables was Mona Sutphen, then ’sort-of’ deputy chief to Obama Asia policy advisor Jeffrey Bader. Now, Sutphen has been named one of the incoming White House staff members as a Deputy Chief of Staff. See, not only can Ms. Sutphen work a killer wrap dress, hang with numerous dudes in varying navy suit/red tie-combos and recognize cool art when she sees it, but she’s apparently number one with bossing White House underlings around. Congratulations, Mona and good luck (do us proud)!
