At Hyperakt, we consider ourselves a family and are looking for a new member to help us stay organized. We are looking for a Project Manager to help our Hyperakt team (including contractor help) operate smoothly.

This awesome, friendly person should be passionate about social change and excellent at managing projects, workloads, budgets, schedules, clients etc.

They should be great at chatting with our clients and keeping them happy (regarding schedules, budgets, work-management, etc.).

They'll be asked to help us organize staffing and resources for whatever amazing projects we take on.

They should also be good at keeping our physical office running. Do we need to buy an extra flux-capacitor or are we good on those? Please let us know.

It would be a big plus if they are a good motivator & morale booster. Keeping the hyperaktivists happy and excited, while remaining on-track is essential.

That's about all. We are taking awesome-friendly applicants now.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• 2-5 yrs in design/graphics studio, communications agency, or corporate/brand environment.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, smart and resourceful.
• Financial project coordination or budget management experience.
• Software skills—Microsoft Office, Adobe CS, MAC OS and any other awesome app we haven't heard of yet—and basic social media.
