Frolick Pet

Dec 10, 2009| Brand ID, Print

Frolick Identity & Packaging

Frolick is a small NYC based company with a big appreciation for the joy pets bring us. So much appreciation that they put the care and thought that is usually reserved for human products into the design of their pet products. This is a brand that's slick enough to appeal to a tech and design savvy urban professional, but also friendly and accessible enough for a suburban family.

We were tasked with capturing the energy and joy of this young company through its identity and packaging. We began with the brand mark, which is inspired by those exuberant moments when a pet and their owner are zipping to and fro as they frolick around a park. We then moved into developing packaging that emphasizes the loving relationship between pets and their owners for the company's core products: Snackers, Lasso, Lumina, Ergo, Playser, Catzip and Glowzip.

Frolick's Lasso leashes were featured on the Today Show on December 10, 2009 in a segment called "Gifts for pooches and the people who love them".
