About

Ariel Henriquez

Project Manager

He/Him

Ariel brings warmth, clarity, and purpose to every project. As the Project Manager at Hyperakt, he partners with visionaries building a better world—stewarding bold missions into meaningful action through complex brand strategies, visual identity development, and digital transformations.

Ariel has guided high-impact projects for organizations like Stanford d.school, the National WIC Association, STEAMe, and The University of Chicago: Institute of Politics. His approach blends meticulous planning with trusted partnership, turning big ideas into accessible roadmaps from discovery to delivery and beyond. Ariel creates space for collaboration and impact.

Before project management, Ariel spent a decade in the non-profit sector and as a first-grade special education teacher. This foundation shapes how they lead today: with empathy, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to creating inclusive environments where teams can collaboratively achieve their goals.

Born and raised in NYC, Ariel remains deeply rooted in the creative energy and diverse cultures that shaped them. When not developing project roadmaps or facilitating strategy sessions, you'll find Ariel watching horror films, growing vegetables in their community garden, making ceramics, and obsessing over their toy poodle, Arthur. He holds a degree from SUNY New Paltz and certificates in Project Management, Asana workflow, product management, and web accessibility. Ariel is here to help build a better world with a lasting impact.
