About

Emily Lin

Designer

As a designer at Hyperakt, Emily aims to seamlessly integrate her interests in design, illustration, storytelling, and technology to craft meaningful brands and impactful digital experiences.

Emily graduated from Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Graphic Design and Illustration. Inspired by content and collaboration, she began designing for research driven organizations such as Metropolis Magazine, San Diego Museum of Man (an anthropology museum) and Bruce Mau Design. She was most recently at GOOD magazine where she enjoyed creating visual solutions for stories focused on global issues.

Originally from Los Angeles, Emily now lives in Brooklyn. When she is not in the studio, you can find her doodling, reading, experimenting with new ways of making, and playing with her pet bunny.
