Wen Ping Huang

Designer

Wen Ping has a keen eye for precision and incredible imagination in all her projects at Hyperakt. Her dexterous use of iconography, illustration, and design can be seen in recent work for UNICEF, OneNYC, and The Ultimate Designer's Toolbox. Wen Ping is also the creator of the Hyperakt Symbolset, a library of dozens of icons that can be called up by typing common terms or Unicode values.

Born in Guang Dong China, Wen Ping is an FIT graduate in Graphic Design. Her senior thesis, with its focus on the design of Eastern and Western medicine won second place in Art and Design at FIT, and was exhibited in the FIT Museum.

Wen Ping is constantly searching for inspiration to keep herself on the cutting-edge of design, and enjoys browsing Dribbble for new ideas. In her free time, she and her husband love to play with their son, Stanley.
